I'm convinced. People work too hard.
We've done this to ourselves. Or, maybe school did this to us.
Pushing this notion that if you work harder, put in more hours, grit your teeth, suffer more than the next person, then everything will turn out great.
But is that how it really happens? Not really.
More often, it leads to burnout.
Or medication.
Even the occasional panic attack.
But what if you could do more, working less? Crazy, right?
Welcome to the concept of high performance, low tension.
Whether it's practicing the piano, starting a project, or even just doing a better job at work. By finding the "flow state" and focusing on the right things while taking care of yourself, you can do more and enjoy the process.
This video is one of my favorites on the topic. Spend the 15 minutes to check it out, and try the mindset on for a day or two.
We'd love to hear what you think.
