Ready, aim, fire!
We've heard the phrase enough. But, we tend to mix up the order with our projects.
The first is...
Ready, fire, aim!
This is the individual who doesn't plan enough. The one who jumps from project to project without much direction.
The one who starts three dozen projects but never finishes any.
Or worse, the one who bets the farm on one idea before thinking it through. Like the businesses that go millions into debt on one idea that's "sure to work." Only to file for bankruptcy a few years later.
And then there's...
Ready, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim, aim...
This is the person who's waiting for things to be "perfect" before launching a project. The one who spends all their time learning and thinking about things, but never implementing.
This person easily procrastinates on projects for years or even a lifetime. Ideas that could change the world.
Ready, aim, fire.
And if it's a miss, just pick a new direction and do it again.
