Everyone has one minute to spare. Even the busiest of people.
Take a minute (no pun intended...or maybe it was) to watch the clock for one minute. When you stop and stare, it feels like a long time, doesn't it?
In our fast-paced world, the psychology of time has gotten funny. We think we've run out of it, but we've simply stopped managing it. Or, a task that takes two minutes feels like it will take forever. And so, we procrastinate.
But here's my challenge to you.
Pick a project you've been putting off. In particular, a project you've been putting off because you "never have the time."
Doesn't matter what it is. Practicing the piano, writing, painting, going for a walk, cleaning, whatever.
Set a timer for 60 seconds and do it. I think you'll be surprised how much you can accomplish. And how motivated you'll be to continue.
Try it, come back, and let us know what happened in the comments below.
