Understanding The How and the What

There are people who react poorly to everything. Whether it's good news or bad news.

There are people who handle everything with calm and ease.

There are those who run away from challenges. Even those they've been trained to deal with.

And there are those who thrive with challenges.

In education and life, there's a lot of "what." But the real magic is in dealing with the "how." 

How you handle the what, that is.

Learning how to respond to things is one of the greatest gifts we can learn. As adults, or as kids.

Because when we decide how we want to respond to life's challenges, and become the person who responds in that way...

that's when we become unstoppable.
