When You’re Exhausted, Do This

When you're tired, it's easy to put your practice or your project off until tomorrow.

But then, that becomes a habit. Every day becomes, "I'm tired, maybe tomorrow will be better." Then you blink and a month passes.

So when you're tired, do this.

Sit down, and work on it for one minute.

One. Single. Minute.

Even the most sleep-deprived individual can muster the energy for one minute. Especially for something they're passionate about.

You'll find that the one minute easily turns into two.

Two becomes three, four, and five.

Then, before you know it, you've worked on it for half an hour. And you're not that tired anymore.

Heck, you might even be excited.

Skeptical?

Try it first. Then come back and tell us if it worked.

When 2 + 2 = 10

When it comes to practicing, most people don’t get how time works. People think the amount of practice time is most important. Rather than the frequency. Logic tells us this: Practicing 5 minutes for six days would be the same as practicing 30 minutes for one day. It adds up to the same total minutes, so the benefits are the same.

But usually more like an hour!! I have NEVER stopped after five!! Try it for urself and see what happens!! At the very least u get a couple mins of practice in!!
