You’re Not the Only One

When we're struggling, it's easy to feel like you're the only one.

The only one who's having a hard time practicing. The only one who struggles with technology. The only one dealing with challenges at work.

It may seem like everyone else has it together.

But you're not the only one. No one has invented a unique problem yet to be experienced by mankind.

And that's the good news. It means there are others you can learn from. Others you can talk with. Others you can form a tribe with.

It could even start with a simple Google search. "People who have trouble with X," or "People who have overcome Y."

Answers and friendships are out there. You just have to find the others.

Never miss a blog post!

When 2 + 2 = 10

When it comes to practicing, most people don’t get how time works. People think the amount of practice time is most important. Rather than the frequency. Logic tells us this: Practicing 5 minutes for six days would be the same as practicing 30 minutes for one day. It adds up to the same total minutes, so the benefits are the same.
