What Did You Learn This Week?

What did you learn this week?

Not facts, figures, or information. What did you learn about yourself?

Maybe something about how you work? Some interesting things about how your brain works when you practice music? Or different ways your kids react to the idea of practicing music?

Or even...how you relax and enjoy the little things?

We are always learning, whether we realize it or not. When things go well, we learn why they went well. When things don't go well, we learn why they didn't work.

The part we forget is to ask ourselves the questions.

What did I learn today? What did I learn this week? How can I do better next week?

Get into a rhythm of asking and doing. In a few years, you'll be unstoppable.
