Ever notice how things that stay the same end up getting boring?
And when you encounter differences, they become more interesting?
In music, when you hear someone play differently - louder, softer, quicker, slower, brighter, darker - it sounds more interesting than someone who sounds the same from start to finish.
But what about changing up your daily routine? Working out at night instead of in the morning?
Practicing first thing in the morning instead of later in the day (if at all)?
Tea instead of coffee?
Taking a different road to work that's 50% longer but 200% more scenic?
Even if it ends up not being a great decision, at least it's interesting.
Pretty much every time.
