I hate working out. It's uncomfortable. It takes time. And sometimes I waste more time debating whether to work out than actually working out.
Most people's definition of success with working out is losing weight, getting ripped, maybe even running a marathon.
My definition of success is doing any amount each day. Even if it's only putting my sneakers on and doing 20 seconds of pushups.
If the mainstream definition of success were the only definition, I would have given up many times over.
But by celebrating my tiny level of success that suits my needs, I'll still lower my risk (if only slightly) of dying of heart disease, obesity, or any other lack-of-exercise-related illness.
There's more than one definition of success. Pick the one that suits you and celebrate it today.
