You must have faith in the process.
It's a famous saying. And it's true. If you do, and do, and do, and do...things will work out.
But when it comes to music or a number of other endeavors, we tend to have semi-faith.
We want to succeed. We're excited. We think this could work.
But there's that part of us that still believes this could be a fail.
We can't throw ourselves completely into the process because there's that piece that believes this might not be for us.
That being said...
Those who succeed at anything don't recognize quitting as an option.
Failing is okay. Failing is an opportunity to learn. But quitting is not an option.
Faith in the process.
Faith in learning from both successes and failures.
Faith in what lies on the other side.
That's where the magic of learning is.
