Takes them off, and he's Superman.
Yet, nobody has figured out Superman's secret identity.
But, every time he takes his glasses off, Clark Kent becomes what the world needs him to be.
In the world of entrepreneurship, "Impostor Syndrome" is a hot topic.

Who are you to be starting a business?
Who are you to be writing a daily blog?
Who are you to host videos on a YouTube channel or start a podcast?
Even though it's big in entrepreneurship, I believe this creeps into other areas of our lives.
Who am I to think I can become a musician?
Who am I to think my kids can become great at the piano in this world of endless demands?
Who am I to think I should be anything above average?
But there's an antidote to Impostor Syndrome.
It's generosity.
Knowing that someone out there needs you to become that person you think you can be.
Knowing someone will need to hear your music and your story to heal.
Knowing that your kids depend on you to believe they can learn to play the piano.
Knowing that living your life above average will help others believe they can live their lives above average as well.
Just the way Clark Kent makes a small change to become Superman. When we make the changes we need to become the person we need to be.
We not only empower ourselves, but we help those who desperately need us.
And become the unlikely hero we never knew we could be.
