Waiting for Something to Break

We know we need to eat well and exercise, but it's only when something major happens that we start thinking about our health.

We know we need to practice music, or make sure our kids practice, or the day will come when quitting starts to look attractive.

If we don't keep up with the car's maintenance schedule, the day will come when the car needs replacing altogether.

Whether it's due to procrastination, being too busy, or not feeling what the future will feel like...we tend to wait until something breaks before we start to address it.

But, if we take the steps to maintain things now, we can head off the disaster ahead of time.

You don't need to wait for a crisis to start.
