Famous authors with huge bodies of work are often asked, "How did you do it?"
The answer is always the same. Some variation of, "I sat down every morning for X years and wrote 1,000 words."
You can do the same thing. Today.
Create a "cost of entry" for yourself for the next part of your day.
Before you're allowed to have your morning coffee, you have to pay with 250 words of writing.
Your cost of entry to get in the shower is doing 10 pushups.
Before you're allowed to get ready for bed, you need to pay with 15 minutes of thoughtful practicing at your piano (or other instrument of choice).
By creating a ritual for yourself, you can become a lifelong creative.
And inevitably become that person that everyone asks, "How did you do it?"
