Most of us can't practice or study as much as we did in college.
And that's fair. We have other things that must be done...like making a living so we can pay the bills.
But because the days of practicing 5-8 hours a day are in the rearview, most people stop practicing altogether. That's not a fun feeling, either.
However...
Who said that it's 5-8 hours a day or bust? Or even one hour a day or bust?
Microdoses of practice can be a game-changer.
What if instead of practicing for hours, you boosted your efficiency to superhuman levels to practice less? I do believe it's possible for some to achieve more in five minutes than others can do in an hour.
And it's easy to get five minutes of practice in. Like finding loose change in the couch, you can find the nooks and crannies of time in your day to fill with practice microdoses.
Give it a try when you have some breaks today. Whether it be music, writing, reading, or studying something you've been putting off.
Come back and let us know how it goes.
