Ever notice when someone says, "I really need to X," they rarely end up doing X?
We're all guilty of it with various things. There are only so many things we can get to in the course of a day or a week.
But it's the danger zone when you say the same "I really need to" for weeks, months, or even years. That's a recipe for regret later on.
Instead of being an "I really need to" person, try to become an "I just did that" person.
It's a lot more fun and interesting.
