We made it through another year together. And how exciting to look at a fresh calendar and all the hopes and dreams ahead.
Right?!? New years resolutions, and all that?
Except...you're probably aware of the whole "most people give up on their resolutions by the end of March" saying.
Which always makes me try to think of new ways to stay on track come January 1st, because I tend to also fall in that category.
If you want, give this a try to stay on track for all of 2023.
Write your goals down, and put them in a "mantra document" on your computer.
If you've never heard of a mantra, it's basically something you tell yourself every day to remind you about the person you want to be.
A mantra document is something you can refer to in writing. And it's great to go over first thing in the morning to keep you on track.
Add your 2023 goals to this document, and look at it every morning as part of your morning routine.
When you're staring at your goals dead in the face every morning for 365 days straight, you'll probably have a slightly better chance at achieving them.
Or maybe not!
The only way to find out is to give it a try, and let us know what happens a year from now.

Great idea!! I’m doing a shortish 100 day practice challenge and sorta like a mantra document, I put I poster above my keyboard to remind me of my commitment & I’ll X off the sats as i practice. If I complete 100 days successfully, I’ll do 100 more!! Fingers crossed!
