Books and Action

Books have the greatest return on investment. When you put the knowledge into action, that is.

If you buy a $20 book on financial wellness and act on it, the return on investment is ongoing. 10,000% and counting.

If you buy a $15 book on nutrition and act on it, you get to live longer. You waste less money on junk food. You have more energy. That's a heck of a return.

Not that the point of all books is to get a "return on investment." But you get what I mean.

The hard part is the action component.

You could read the most life-changing book on the planet. But if you can't summon the will to act on that knowledge, you may as well have not read the book at all.

But when you can summon it, wondrous things will happen.

Not "can happen." But "will happen."

Books and action. A most powerful combination.
