Can you sleep at night?
In other words - can you sleep at night without worrying about any of these things?
Can you sleep at night, confident that your investing and financial wellness will help you reach your goals?
Can you sleep at night, satisfied with your working life? Or do stresses and worries keep you up?
Can you sleep at night knowing that your exercise and diet are going to give you a long life?
If the answer is "no" to any of them, then the message is clear. You need to change something.
The signal for change can be as simple as that.
