We all have a tendency to procrastinate. There's no point in denying it. But, can we repurpose procrastination to serve us?
Here's a fun cognitive hack to try today.
When you're going to practice, but Netflix is looking oh so attractive...
When you're about to work out, but ice cream and the couch sound much more fun...
When you're starting a new project, and it suddenly seems like the "perfect time" to catch up on bills and clean your workspace...
Procrastinate.
But do it in reverse. Say, "I'll do the unhealthy, unproductive thing later. I'm going to do (important work) now."
Used properly, procrastination could be your greatest asset.
