Intentional Laziness

There's nothing wrong with being lazy or relaxing. So long as it's done intentionally.

But it's a struggle this day and age to even relax properly.

We binge on Netflix when we need to pay the bills.

We check our email while we're in the pool.

We're on Instagram while watching TV.

Just like practicing a skill, practice making time to be lazy. If you're going to watch Netflix, watch Netflix. If you're going to lose yourself in social media, lose yourself in social media.

Make the time. Be intentional with how you spend your lazy time.

Just don't do any of those things when you should be practicing, and it's all good.
