It’s Always Better Tomorrow

A beautiful thing happens when you sleep.

Everything you learned that day lives in your short-term memory. When you sleep, it's downloaded into your long-term memory.

So when you're practicing, so long as you're doing it mindfully, it will always feel more comfortable the next day.

Practice and get enough sleep enough days in a row, then you generate real momentum.

So when you're feeling frustrated, just get a good night's sleep and come back to it tomorrow.

It will always feel better the next day. Even if only by one percent.
