Most of us have a hard time letting go of work.
We finish our work for the day. But when we're trying to chill, our mind goes to the work we have to do.
When we go to sleep, we have trouble sleeping because our mind is on work.
When we go on vacation, we check our email, probably respond to a few, and dread the pile of work waiting when we get back.
But you can let go and actually relax.
By trusting yourself.
You know you're good at getting things done. Or if you suck at getting things done, get better at getting things done.
Then you'll know you're good at getting things done.
And you can trust yourself that you'll get the things done that need to get done. Future You's got it covered.
If you have more work than you can handle, then learn to let go of some of that work. It's probably silly, pencil-pushy stuff anyway.
Let go and trust yourself.
Then, you can finally get some rest.
