Raining Tacos and Culture

It's Raining Tacos is one of the dumbest songs of all time. If you haven't experienced it, check it out here. Music school graduates laugh at songs like It's Raining Tacos. Trash music, most would call it But then... while the works of J.S. Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, and Rachmaninoff are wondrous masterpieces... more people have heard It's Raining Tacos than will ever hear Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, or even hear the name Rachmaninoff. So the question is, has our taste in music and culture gone down the tubes? Or has music school majorly fallen behind the times?
