You shouldn't put bananas in your smoothie. They have a lot of sugar. (Advises the person who rarely drinks smoothies.)
Running isn't good for your joints. (Says the person who never exercises.)
Starting a business and becoming an entrepreneur is risky. (Said most people who never tried to start a business.)
It's easy to get caught up in details. To overthink. Rationalize. And ultimately put things off until tomorrow.
Regardless of the reasons not to - drinking a smoothie every day, running every day, and exploring entrepreneurship every day can't be a bad thing.
Which is why that's the most important practice habit: Practicing every day.
It doesn't matter if it goes well or if it sucks.
Why?
Because if it goes well, that's awesome.
If it sucks, then you've learned what not to do. We call that experience. And that's a good thing.
But if you don't build that habit of practicing every day, you can't learn. You can't build momentum. You can't build excitement.
So when in doubt, just do the damn thing. You can always regret it tomorrow.
But you probably won't.
