Answering emails while talking on the phone.
Responding to texts while using the restroom.
Did you know that multitasking is biologically impossible? Meaning, the brain is incapable of doing two things at once. In reality, when we "multitask," our brain is switching back and forth between tasks at a rapid pace.

While our brains can switch back and forth at a ridiculous speed, it's still not very efficient. You can get more done if you focus on

When it comes to practicing, most people don’t get how time works. People think the amount of practice time is most important. Rather than the frequency. Logic tells us this: Practicing 5 minutes for six days would be the same as practicing 30 minutes for one day. It adds up to the same total minutes, so the benefits are the same.
