Waiting for Someday

I should learn this piece of music sometime.

I'll look at the calendar and get back to you.

Let's get coffee sometime.

I'll let you know.

It all may as well be code for, "I'm going to procrastinate on this, then probably forget about it."

But there is a cure. Setting a date.

The next time you find yourself saying, "We should (anything)," set a date. That makes it real. Even if the date is two months away.

Set a date and live life.

Otherwise, you'll blink and find yourself with years of empty yesterdays.
